How You Can Help Now
Remember The Project in your estate plan and become a member of our Pro Bono For Life Legacy Society. Here are the ways in which you can contribute to the Pro Bono For Life endowment for the future:
Make a legacy to The Project in your will. (examples below)“I leave to the Endowment Fund of The Pro Bono Project, located in New Orleans, Louisiana, the sum of $____, cash.”“I leave to the Endowment Fund of The Pro Bono Project, located in New Orleans, Louisiana, ____% of my estate.”“I leave to the Endowment Fund of The Pro Bono Project, located in New Orleans, Louisiana, the following asset(s):______________.”
Designate The Pro Bono Project as a beneficiary of some or all of your 401(k), IRA and/or qualified retirement plan.
Designate The Pro Bono Project as a beneficiary of your life insurance.
How You Can Help in the Future
Here are the actions you can take while you are living to contribute to The Pro Bono Project through Pro Bono for Life and become a member of the Pro Bono For Life Legacy Society:
Donate cash.
Donate some of your stocks and/or bonds to The Pro Bono Project.
Donate your life insurance policy to The Pro Bono Project.
Donate a naked ownership interest in your home to The Pro Bono Project and retain the lifetime usufruct.
Create a charitable trust with yourself and The Pro Bono Project as beneficiaries.
