The 2013 Awardees

Save the date for the 2014 Volunteer Appreciation Awards and CLE. This year's event will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at Jones Walker, 52nd Floor. Registration will begin at 3:30 pm, with the CLE from 4:00-5:00 pm followed by the Awards Presentation and Reception.

This year's CLE is "A 'Duty to Google'? Professionalism and Electronic Evidence" presented by Matthew Almon, Esq. of Stone Pigman. In this CLE, Matthew will explore how information can be discovered on social media and the preservation of this evidence. One (1) CLE credit hour will be given. DOWNLOAD CLE MATERIALS

The CLE is followed at 5:00 pm by the Volunteer Appreciation Awards and Reception. This year, we are pleased to have The Honorable Raymond S. Steib, Jr., Judge, 24th Judicial District Court as our Master of Ceremonies. As you may recall, Judge Steib was awarded The Project's Distinguished Jurist Award in 2012.

We want every one to be recognized for their service to The Project so please send your 2014 pro bono hours to Linton Carney no later than Friday, November 21, 2014.
