The Pro Bono Project, with support from the Louisiana Bar Foundation and Louisiana Appleseed, has been hosting quarterly legal clinics for veterans and active-duty military personnel who face mortgage issues and foreclosure challenges because of frequent changes of station. 

In an effort to reach as many service members as possible, The Project is expanding the clinics at the Naval Air Station to once a month.  The next scheduled date is Wednesday, July 30, 2014, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. 

The clinic is held in the Naval Reserve Center, Building 492 on the base.  If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Jesse George at 504.581.4043 x 211 or via email.  Due to the high level of security at the base, volunteers must notify us at least one week in advance if you plan to attend - by noon, July 23, 2014.
