The Pro Bono Project is presenting a Child In Need of Care (CINC) CLE for those wanting to learn the basics of working with this client group, and as a refresher for those who want to sharpen their skills.

From 8:30 am to 4:45 pm; attendees receive 6.0 CLE credit hours. Baker Donelson is hosting the CLE at their offices at 201 St Charles Avenue, Suite 3600, Poydras Room.

"Sadly, there is never a shortage of CINC cases in need of placement with a volunteer attorney.  These children are among the most vulnerable members of our community, and CINC attorneys give them a voice and a sense of empowerment that they rarely enjoy otherwise," says staff attorney Jesse George, who will be one of the presenters in this day long training.

In addition to Jesse, attendees will hear from Maggie Broussard of Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann LLC, Debra Weinberg of The Advocacy Center and Linton Carney of The Project.

Baker Donelson will host the CLE at their offices at 201 Poydras Street, Suite 3600, Poydras Room.
