Join The Pro Bono Project and Catholic Charities Archdiocese of New Orleans for an in-depth CLE focused on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)—a vital form of immigration relief available to undocumented children who have been abused, neglected, or abandoned. This session will provide an overview of the legal framework, eligibility requirements, and procedural steps involved in SIJS. Three hours of free CLE (including one hour of ethics).
This CLE is ideal for attorneys interested in immigration, family law, and pro bono opportunities. No prior experience with SIJS cases is required.
This seminar will be held in-person at Irwin Fritchie, 400 Poydras Street, Ste. 2700, New Orleans on Thursday, July 31st at 9 a.m. Check in begins at 8:45 a.m.
