While the 2022 Justice For All Ball (JFAB) is just a memory – you can still have some fun. Check out our gallery of photographs by Red M Gallery. These photos capture the great food, music, and silent auction items featured. Delfeayo Marsalis entertained our Patrons and D-Play played our ball.
We are grateful to those who supported this event including our honorary chair, Boysie Bollinger, and committee co-chairs, Lacey Rochester and Scott Sternberg. Sub-committee chairs, Crystal Domreis, April Davenport, Marianna Knister Downer, and Addie Guida kept things organized, creative, and engaging. For over a year, our Justice For All Ball Committee worked tirelessly on all the details. Emcee Mark Romig kept attendees engaged and the Merry Antoinettes hit the dance floor.
Behind the scenes, a number of businesses contributed to make the ball a beautiful night. Thanks to Fait NOLA, Perrino’s, American Luxury Limousines, and New Orleans Candlelight Weddings.
Attendees enjoyed purchasing wine glasses decorated by local artists and members of the legal community. A special note of appreciation to Hon. Dana Douglas, Hon. Rachael Johnson, Ellie Grace Clement, Mary Clement, Crystal Domreis, Cashauna Hill, Debbie Wanko, and Sharonda Williams.
Each year, The Pro Bono Project commissions an artist to offer his or her creative and original portrayal of Lady Justice. The artwork is featured on the invitation for The Project’s Annual Justice For All Ball and is auctioned off at the gala. This year’s artist is the talented Johnston Burkhardt. His beautiful “Lady Justice” was won by Scott Sternberg. Giclees are available to purchase for $200. Click here to purchase online.
Community support for this year’s Ball was humbling. The Project and our board of directors thanks our sponsors attendees for their support. Seniors, families, and children in our community continue to face financial troubles, housing insecurity, and family instability. As you know, JFAB is the primary fundraising event for The Project to raise money to sustain its efforts in the New Orleans area. Thus, your contribution enabled The Project to continue helping those who need it the most in our community.
